Our Company is seeking an experienced Business Assistant to join our Team.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- conducting business correspondence with customers and business partners,
- planning, organizing and managing work processes in the registry department,
- supporting marketing, sales and development activities,
- supporting the communication between management and development departments,
- preparation of business analysis for management department, keeping various records and lists,
- implementation and management of personnel records, incoming and outgoing invoices, …
- organizing events and business trips,
- execution of orders for various supplies, computer hardware, software and developer software,
- concern for the flow of information and coordination of work at all levels,
- concern for offices neatness and communication and coordination of all subcontractors.

Requirements and skills
- a person with a high degree of responsibility, independence and self-initiative,
- very good organizational skills and the ability to plan,
- excelent knowledge (written and spoken) in English and Italian,
- excellent communication skills,
- conscientiousness, precision and tidiness.

- ability to use social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin).
